Budgeting
You can bring back a hidden panel of the account details, switch the interface language, make the view bigger or smaller, and look up the keyboard shortcuts.
These options change how KOSMA shows your work. None of them changes the budget. On Windows, press `Ctrl` wherever this page shows `⌘`, and `Shift` for `⇧`.
You switch the panels of the account details on and off in **Panel Display**. Select a row in the grid. In the account details, click  **Settings for account details** and choose **Panel Display**. Tick the panel you want back and click **OK**.

In the **View** menu, choose **Language** and then **Deutsch**, **English**, **Español** or **Français**. KOSMA lists each language under its own name, so you can find yours in any interface language. KOSMA switches every open KOSMA window to the new language at once. What you entered in the budget, such as account names and notes, stays as it is.
In the **View** menu, choose **Zoom In** (`⌘ +`), **Zoom Out** (`⌘ −`) or **Actual Size** (`⌘ 0`). Zoom changes only the size of everything in the window. The budget and the printout stay the same.
In the **Help** menu, choose **Keyboard Shortcuts**. On Windows, `F1` opens it too. KOSMA opens a dialog with the shortcuts in two groups, **Global** and **Project Window**. The dialog shows both groups, whichever window you open it from.
Under **Global**, the dialog lists these shortcuts:

In Budgeting, **Add at Level 1**, **Add at Level 2** and **Add at Level 3** add a group, an account and a subaccount.
These shortcuts also work, but the dialog does not list them:
- `⌘ Z` undoes the last step, and `⇧ ⌘ Z` redoes it. - `⌘ C` copies the selection, and `⌘ V` pastes it. - `⌘ W` closes the window. - `Tab` and `⇧ Tab` move between the editable columns of a row. - `↑` and `↓` move between rows, and with `⇧` they extend the selection. - `⏎` opens the description of the selected row for editing, in Financing only. - `⌘ +`, `⌘ −` and `⌘ 0` change the size of the view.
`⌘ Z` undoes one step at a time. A paste counts as one step, as does **Clear Budget Data** in the **Edit** menu, see [clear and renumber a budget](/kb/article/clear-and-renumber-a-budget).
