Budgeting
You can find an account anywhere in the budget without knowing which category it sits in.
The search box sits at the top right of the budget window. Type, and it locates matching items across the budget rather than only the category you are in.
They answer different questions and it is worth not reaching for the wrong one.

Search takes you somewhere. Filter changes what the grid contains.
So: search for *Camera Operator*; filter for *everything tagged VFX*.
Descriptions and account numbers — the two things you are likely to know. A budget with several hundred accounts across three categories makes this faster than navigating, even when you know roughly where the account lives.
