Remove a guestFirst StepsYou can remove a guest from a project.When you remove a guest, everything they built in the project stays. Only the project's owner can remove a guest.1. Open the project's settingsOpen the project's settings, see [open project settings](/kb/article/open-project-settings).2. Click the trash can iconUnder **Guest Members**, click ![Trash](../../../../src/client/ui/assets/icons/trash.svg) **Delete this member from the project** in the guest's row. KOSMA opens the **Delete Guest** dialog.3. Click DeleteClick **Delete**. KOSMA takes the guest off the list, but saves the change only when you click **Ok**. If you close the settings with **Cancel** or Escape now, the guest stays in the project.4. Click OkClick **Ok**. KOSMA removes the guest from the project. The guest loses access at once. A copy already on their computer stays there.**If you want to leave a project yourself.** If you are a guest, ask the owner to remove you. If you own the project, first hand it over to another member, see [hand a project over to someone else](/kb/article/hand-a-project-over-to-someone-else).
