You can print the same budget in another account structure, such as a funder's, using an alternate budget grid.
You can print your budget in a funder's or a broadcaster's own account structure, using an alternate budget grid. You need a budget open in Budgeting.
In [the print dialog](/kb/article/print-a-budget), open the **Grid** dropdown. Choose an alternate grid you already built, or choose **New Budget Grid** to build one now.
You set up an alternate grid once, matching every account of the target structure to your own. See [build an alternate budget grid](/kb/article/build-an-alternate-budget-grid). KOSMA keeps the grid for later printouts.
With the grid selected, click **Open PDF** or **Save PDF**, the same as for a normal printout. The PDF shows the grid's numbering and account descriptions, with your own figures below them. Your budget itself does not change.
Save the budget as a template to reuse the grid and its account mapping on the next production.
KOSMA shows *The budget grid is not complete and cannot be printed. Make sure to match all accounts.*
An alternate grid only prints once you have matched every account of the active budget into it. Open the grid, match the accounts that are still missing, and print again.
This message concerns only the alternate grid you selected. You can still print a normal budget printout, whether or not any alternate grid is complete.
**Why not renumber your accounts instead.** Renumbering your own accounts to match one funder breaks Cost Control, which matches accounts by number, as soon as a second funder asks for a different scheme. An alternate grid avoids that: your own accounts never change.
