Share & Print
You know the three ways to share a dataset, which one fits the situation, and what each costs you.
Sharing sends one dataset — a budget, a financing plan, a cash flow plan, a cost control set — to someone else. **Share…** sits in the module's left panel.
A project you created on your own has no other members, so the list starts empty — **Add Guest** is how the first person gets in.
What the other person receives is what has reached the server, so check the **Server** column first — see [how your work is saved and synced](/kb/article/how-your-work-is-saved-and-synced).
The kind you pick decides whether the copy keeps up with you, and whether you keep control of it.

**Edit access is exclusive.** While it is out, your own copy is read-only — *You cannot edit this dataset while editing access is shared*. That is the point rather than a limitation: two people editing one budget would be two budgets.
A snapshot does not become an auto-updating share later. Pick again and share again.
**Project Members** are listed for you to tick. Someone outside the project is added with **Add Guest** — a direct grant to an existing KOSMA account. [What a guest can see](/kb/article/who-can-do-what-in-a-project) sets out what that gets them.
A budget usually has a financing plan, a cash flow plan or a cost control set hanging off it. **Include Related Data** sends those along with it.
Tick it when the recipient needs to see the whole picture; leave it when you mean to send the budget alone. A financing plan without the budget it reads from is not much use to them.
Shared datasets appear under **Budgets Shared With Me**, marked with who sent them and when. An auto-updating share shows *Update available* in its Server column when you save a new version.
