Budgeting
You can mark rows you want to come back to, show only those rows and remove the mark again.
A highlight marks a row you want to come back to, for example an account waiting on a quote. It changes no number and no total. KOSMA saves the highlight in the budget like any other change, so it stays until you remove it. You can highlight accounts, subaccounts and markups.
Select the rows, then click  **Highlight**. KOSMA colours the rows. A row shows this colour only while it is not selected, so you see it once you click another row.
To remove the highlight, select the rows and click  **Highlight** again. If only some of the selected rows are highlighted, this click highlights all of them, and the next click removes the highlight from all of them.
 **Highlight** is greyed out when only categories or groups are selected. It is also greyed out when you cannot edit the budget, for example on a Free licence or in a budget shared with you for reading only. See [what your licence includes](/kb/article/what-your-licence-includes).
In the [filter panel](/kb/article/filter-a-budget), choose the type **Highlighted** with **is**, then click **Apply**. KOSMA shows only the highlighted rows.
