You can ask KOSMIQ, the assistant in KOSMA, how something in KOSMA works and what a figure in your open budget is.
Ask KOSMIQ, the assistant in KOSMA, how something in KOSMA works or what a figure in your open budget is. You need a project open.
In the project window, click  **Ask for help**. KOSMA opens KOSMIQ at the bottom right of the window.
Type your question into the field **Ask KOSMIQ anything…** and press Enter.
At first, AI answers are off. KOSMIQ answers from the guide that comes with KOSMA and from the figures of your open budget. Under an answer from the guide, KOSMIQ shows this note:
**Message:** AI answers are switched off.
If the guide that comes with KOSMA does not contain the answer, click  **Turn AI answers on** in the top bar of KOSMIQ. KOSMA opens the dialog **Turn on AI answers?**. It lists the data that goes to the AI service.
Click **Turn on**. AI answers are now on for the next questions you ask.
To turn AI answers off, click  **Turn AI answers off**.
**If KOSMIQ does not answer your question.** KOSMIQ answers only questions about KOSMA and your projects. If it finds no answer, ask the question in other words. For a figure, name the account, the category or the company.
