First Steps
You can reach KOSMA's built-in help from anywhere in the app and know what it can answer.
It carries the tooltip **Ask for help** and sits in the top corner of the window you are in.
You do not need the product's vocabulary; describing what you are trying to do is enough.
The assistant is built on this manual, so it answers what the manual covers — what something is, where it lives, and how to do it. Asking *"why can I only view this?"* gets the same answer as reading the article on licences, without your having to know that the answer is filed under licences.
It is available in both windows: the Project Manager and any open project. In a project it knows which module you are in, so the same question can get a budgeting answer or a cash flow one depending on where you asked it.
**What it is not.** It is not support, and it cannot see your data or act on your behalf. It will not create a project, fix a formula, or tell you whether *your* budget is right. For anything that needs a person — a licence problem, an account you cannot get into, something that looks like a defect — the answer is a human, not the assistant.
