You can choose which widgets the topsheet shows and where each widget sits.
To open the topsheet, click  **Topsheet Info** in the left rail of Budgeting, Financing or Cost Control.
On the topsheet, click **Edit Widgets**. KOSMA opens the list of widgets.
Click a widget in the list to tick or untick it. The list stays open, so you can tick several widgets one after the other. The list offers only the widgets that this module and the selected financing plan provide. Until you move a widget yourself, KOSMA arranges the widgets in up to three columns, as many as the width of the window allows, and arranges them again when you tick or untick a widget.
Click an empty area of the topsheet.
Drag a widget by its header onto another widget. If you drop the widget on the upper half of the other widget, KOSMA places it above that widget. If you drop it on the lower half, KOSMA places it below. While you drag, each column shows an area to drop into, so you can also place a widget at the end of a column or in an empty column.
After your first move, the widgets stay where you put them, and a widget you tick later appears at the bottom of the last column.
If the window is too narrow for all your columns, KOSMA shows the widgets of the extra columns in the last column. When you make the window wider, KOSMA shows the columns again.
**Where KOSMA keeps your arrangement.** KOSMA keeps which widgets you ticked and where they sit for each project and module, so Budgeting, Financing and Cost Control each have their own arrangement. When you switch to another budget in the same module, the arrangement stays the same. KOSMA saves the arrangement only on this computer and only while you are signed in. Your colleagues do not see it, and you do not have it on another computer.
**What prints.** Where a widget sits on the topsheet does not change the printout. What the cover page of a printout shows is in [what each topsheet widget shows](/kb/article/what-each-topsheet-widget-shows).
KOSMA greys out **Edit Widgets** when you can only read what is open. This happens, for example, because of your licence, because what is open was shared with you to view only, or because it is locked. Point at **Edit Widgets** to see the reason in its tooltip. For a budget that a cost control set was made from, the tooltip reads:
This budget is locked because it is linked to a Cost Control set. To make changes, create a copy.
