Financing
You can move a financing row by dragging it, copy and paste rows with everything under them, and you know which details a copy loses.
You move a country, a group or a source by dragging it. Dropped on a row of the same kind, it takes that row's place; dropped on a group or country row, it moves into that group or country. You copy a row to reuse it with everything under it, in the same plan or in another plan. A copy keeps its amount, but not all of its details.
Drag a row by its handle in the **No.** column and drop it on another row.
- A country dropped on another country moves to that place among the countries. - A group dropped on another group moves to that place. Dropped on a group in another country, or on a country row, it moves into that country. - A source dropped on another source moves to that place. Dropped on a source in another group, or on a group row, it moves into that group.
Installment rows have no handle, so you cannot drag them.
When a source moves into another group, its amount counts in that group's total. If the group is in another country, the amount leaves the old country's total and counts in the new country's total.
Dragging keeps the row's number. The next time you add a country, group or source, or paste a row, KOSMA renumbers the whole plan and replaces the numbers you typed. See [number and renumber a plan](/kb/article/number-and-renumber-a-plan).
Select a country, a group, a source or an installment. Press ⌘C (Ctrl+C), or right-click the row and choose **Copy Budget Rows**. KOSMA copies the row with everything under it: a country with its groups, sources and installments, a group with its sources and their installments, a source with its installments.
To paste, select a row in the place where the copy belongs. Then press ⌘V (Ctrl+V), or right-click and choose **Paste Budget Rows**. KOSMA adds the copy at the end of its new place, not below the row you selected:

If no fitting row is selected, nothing happens. The copy gets a new number, because a paste renumbers the whole plan as adding a row does. ⌘Z (Ctrl+Z) undoes the whole paste in one step, the new numbers included.

A copied installment keeps its name, amount, currency, notes, tags and attachments. It loses its cash flow rule.
Until you give a pasted source or installment a cash flow rule, it counts nothing towards **Received**.
Select the pasted source. In **Source Details**, fill in **Companies**, **Effects**, **Taxes** and **Cashflow**. See [how source details work](/kb/article/how-source-details-work).
Open the other plan and paste there in the same way. The copy loses the same details as within one plan. KOSMA gives the copy the tags of the same name in that plan, and creates any tag the plan does not have yet. An attachment is kept only if its file already exists in that plan.

You can paste only into a plan you can edit. For that, you need a **Production** licence or a running trial, and editing access if the plan was shared with you. In a plan you can only read, you can still copy rows and paste them into a plan you can edit.
