You can cancel your team licence so that all seats end together at the end of the paid term.
As the team admin, you cancel the team licence for the whole team on the **Team** tab of your customer area on the KOSMA website. To end only one person's seat, remove that person from the team instead (see [manage your team](/kb/article/manage-your-team)).
Click **Cancel Plan**. KOSMA asks you to confirm.
If you scheduled a lower plan for a seat, cancelling deletes that scheduled change. If you undo the cancellation later, the seat keeps its current plan.
Click **Cancel at end of term**. KOSMA shows:
Your subscription is cancelled. All seats stay active until {date}, then access ends.
Every active member receives an email saying that their seat does not renew. Invited people receive no email.
Until you undo the cancellation, you cannot add seats or change a seat's plan. To keep the team, click **Undo cancellation** before the term ends, and then click **Resume subscription**.
When the term ends, the members fall back to Free and keep their accounts. This does not apply to a person you removed earlier: removing them deletes their account, and cancelling does not change that (see [manage your team](/kb/article/manage-your-team)).
